Mr. Ralph Amato is the Founder and CEO of Ventana Capital Partners. 

Mr. Amato brings over 37 years of financial services experience to Ventana Capital Partners. He started in the insurance industry in 1972 and became an investment advisor with Paine Webber in 1988. He has previously held Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Amato currently serves as the CEO of Ventana Capital Partners, Inc., an investment banking firm located in La Jolla, California and Summerlin, NV. Mr. Amato’s areas of expertise include structuring equity and debt financing, raising private equity and taking companies public through traditional APO’s and reverse shell mergers. He currently serves as an officer and director of one public company and several private companies.
